Name First Name Last Name Email What is your relationship to water – to waterways, to rivers, or to aquatic ecosystems? If you consider yourself to be an advocate for water, what compels you to do this work, or to raise your voice? Whether or not the Nordic project goes through (more and more signs point to it not happening), the Little River will need our continual care. We might get to preserve and enhance this ecosystem, or we might need to find ways to mitigate harm. How might you imagine an even more thriving future for this river and ecosystem? What acts of protection, repair and restoration do you see are necessary, at this or a future time? The controversy around the Nordic project has created a lot of division and damage to the social fabric of our community. Again, whether or not the project goes through, we are dealing with the consequences of this division. What interpersonal repair work do you think is needed as we move into the future together? What resources do you have access to, or do you know of, that might contribute to the restoration and repair of the Little River? What are you personally excited about contributing or being involved with? Additional comments? In the coming months we will be publishing the next volume of the Journal of the Little River Speaks Project which will center around these community conversations. We will be in contact with all contributors whose writing we would like to publish.
